The overall scope of the project is to test the complete solution for the Order capturing, customer care and System SyncUP System. It covers all the components to be tested which are involved in the project. The testing team responsibility includes testing CRM system and Billing System. The testing covers the entire flow from CRM to Billing systems.

Appraisal Builder (AB) is a centralized application and data repository used by VS appraisers to produce appraisal reports. Appraisal Builder is an XML based document assembly platform leveraging a specialized document assembly engine and Microsoft Office 2003 (Excel, Word, etc.).
The Appraisal Builder Updater (ABU) is a tool that is used for delivering updated versions of Appraisal Builder to the user’s computers. ABU updates AB without the need for the user to manually perform software installations and without the need for an administrator to have direct access to the user’s computer.
