The MEND Graduates to help children to be fitter, healthier and happier after completing MEND Programmes. MEND provides Stories, Challenges, Recipes which are MEND Friendly and Games to help children and their families to be fitter, healthier and happier even after completing MEND Programmes. All of these elements help families manage their weight better and lead healthier lives, contributing to national and international efforts to prevent and treat overweight and obesity in children
